| I ordered 3 sets of customed sized blinds last Monday and checked their status tonight(6 days later) to find that they appeared they were still in production. Not a problem since it was stated that it might take 5-10 days to ship. Amazingly enough FedEx showed up with them an hour later. Now that's service! I don't plan on putting them up until the weekend, but pulled down 2 of my old blinds to test them out in those holders. Excellent fit and nice quality for the price. |

I just wanted to thank you for processing my order so quickly. My blinds arrived on Friday, just like we expected, and they were even better than I imagined. I was extremely impressed the quality. I didn't have an image of how the valance would be ...or for that matter, the pulls. The fact that the pulls were wooden, far surpassed my expectations.
